Cost
*Booth spaces are either 8 x 8 feet or 5 x 11 feet, depending on the location.
$60 per booth space.
This is the cost for booths in the dance studio and the gallery. If you have work that you’d like to hang on a wall, let us know and we’ll do our best to put you in a space with a wall or two. We’ll let you know your location, booth size, and wall space 3 weeks before the event, so you can plan accordingly.
Intersect studio artists may open their studios, just email April at AprilParviz@gmail.com to let her know. (You can also invite any art friends to come and sell out of your studio, if you feel like it 💛)
Requirements
If you choose to bring a table, a table covering is required.
You must bring all of your own setup. We will have folding chairs available for people to borrow, and some pedestals on a first-come first-served basis, but we do not provide tables. If you are using a gallery wall, you must bring all of your own hanging supplies - nails, hammers, etc.
Must be set up by 11:00 and please do not tear down before 3:00.
This is a family friendly event. Please refrain from including any gore, nudity or sexual content in your work for this occasion. If you are unsure if that applies to certain pieces, then it probably does, but you can always email us a photo to double check 🤗
All vendors must be able to handle their own purchases during the event.
We do not provide access to electricity or extension cords. Please let us know if you require access to electricity, we may have some flexibility.
The booth fees will not be refunded to exhibitors who withdraw two weeks or less prior to the day of the market or are a no-show the day of the market.
Rebates
Intersect neighbors will get $30 of their booth fee back. Check the “Hi Neighbor” map to see who is an Intersect neighbor.
Vendors offering at least 20 items for $15(each) or less can receive a full refund the week after the festival.
(Note from April below on a great way to do this)
your rebates will be received the week after the festival
A note from April Parviz, who is an Intersect Studio artist and has had a booth at Wynacht for four years now:
If you are unsure how to have 20 items for $15(each) or less - consider having a small “garage sale” corner of your booth. I did this in 2022 and 2023 and it was awesome. I had a basket of items for $1 and one for $5 underneath - with a little sign calling it “April’s garage sale”. The items were super random. Things that I couldn’t throw away, but also never felt like I could sell. It was a huge relief to finally have a space where I could put things like this. PLUS there were many guests who came through my booth who clearly wanted to support me, and were excited to do so through my garage sale. I loved it. I will be having one every year.
